Airflow, temperatures, pressures and electrical measured and written down, then a written price. In a building, we also note whether the fault is in your equipment or the shared system.

Houses: sized on a load calculation. Condos and suites: matched to what the building permits — footprint, noise, refrigerant and connection to shared systems — and approved by management before we order.
Filters, drains, coils — on time.
Unit heat pumps and fan coils need their filters and drains looked after; a clogged drain is the usual cause of a leak into the unit below. Houses in autumn and spring; buildings on a schedule.
